We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if your order is cancelled.
Delivery is available within 5-10km radius of Noida Sector-45. Estimated delivery time is 15-30 minutes after order confirmation. Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Payments can be made via Online Payment (UPI/Credit/Debit Card) or Cash on Delivery (COD). Minimum order value is ₹200. For COD orders, payment must be made in full at time of delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placement by calling our support number. Once order is processed for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Shree Balaji Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the order value.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
