Customer Cancellation:

Business Cancellation:

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

Full refund will be processed for cancelled online payments

2. Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 minutes of delivery
Provide photo/video evidence of the products
Eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion

Quality Issues:

Non-Refundable Situations:

Products consumed or partially used
Issues caused by improper storage by customer
Change of mind after delivery

3. Refund Process

Online Payments: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days to original payment method
COD Orders: No cash refunds. Refund will be processed as store credit or bank transfer
Refund amount: Actual product price (excluding delivery charges if applicable)
